We prepare meals mainly using foods on the farm that month, and keep the menu interesting.

Sometimes its is hard to know what to do with a bunch of fresh produce, so we prepare meal kits and provide recipes for the fresh foods. The rest of the Box is frozen and can be assembled whenever you like. We know you're busy and that life, well, happens- so no contracts, no memberships, no subscriptions. The R.A.R.E. Box
If you are wondering why the RARE-Box is designed around seasonality, well; check out the graph on the left. For produce to achieve the best flavor profiles and highest nutrient density, it should be harvested (when ripe) and consumed as soon as possible, or preserved and cooked appropriately. That's what a RARE-Box does- it delivers you the absolute freshest, most flavorful and highest nutrient dense foods and provides a way for you to enjoy them around your own schedule. The RARE-Box contains food items from many chemical-free & regenerative food producers, but it can be simply broken down into 2 categories:
Fresh Foods: We designed the RARE-Box to make it easy and enjoyable to eat healthy. The first week is the 'Fresh Week', which resembles a meal kit type of preparation. It includes semi-prepared food items to pair with the fresh produce off the farm, using recipes we give you.
Frozen Foods: The second week is the 'Frozen Week'. These meals usually require heating, or at most, boiling a pot of rice. We try to make the Frozen Week Meals kinda fancy.
Additional Foods: Real (raw) milk, Fresh veggies & fruit harvested less within 24 hours prior, medicinal mushrooms, wild edibles, edible flowers, & canned goodies and/or other seasonal items
