A National Directory of Real Farms

After years of our group's own interactions, but especially after Jesse's Road Trip Experience, we realized we could not find an online collection of chemical-free farmers throughout the regions we visited.  We could not find a 'One-Stop-Shop' website that combines farm descriptions, locations, public availability, seasonal calendars, event postings, guest lodging availability, online sales, and direct donation or volunteer opportunities.  Convenience is king these days, and we need to make it convenient for the millions of people in this country who want to help their local, Real Farmers.  We are putting together the Real Farm Directory for people to connect with Real Farmers all across the country, and will have regional leaders directly interacting and checking in with Real Farmers to keep the directory updated and relevant.

***  For the sake of convenience I am using the word 'farm', but this word is being used to cover all real food producers including ranches, honeybee production, dairies, food byproduct craftspeople (candles, leather, etc...), medicinal & tincture producers and others that qualify as 'real farmers'.  ***

Additional Farm Features

Many farms do not have the staff or ability to create a website to help make the public aware of their existence.  A description of the farm will be given as well as a seasonal calendar for that particular farm so that guests will know what produce, meats, dairy or other food goods will be available throughout the year.  Farmers can also post photos and videos of his/her farm, as well as list lessons or classes given.
